AB  - Intervertebral disc disease is a common condition affecting the cervical spine, often treated with
discectomy combined with anterior cervical fusion. While the technique has low complication rates,
rare complications, such as cervical prosthesis migration, can occur even years after the procedure. We
present a case of late migration of a cervical prosthesis with significant complications, highlighting the
importance of continuous clinical follow-up.
